Duchess Doll Corp (?) Dolls -- Clothing Attached

The first set of dolls could be from the Duchess Doll Corp., because they look so much like the doll with the pink peignoir below, but since their clothes are stapled on, I couldn't see any identifying stamp. They appear to have mohair wigs, with arms that move but legs that do not.

Duchess Doll Corp Doll with Ginger Clothes

This doll has the imprint of Duchess Doll Corp. and "Design Copyright 1948" on her back. She is dressed in a pink peignoir with a few reddish and brownish discolored streaks, and comes with a dressy red outfit also. Both outfits have labels stating "Fashions for Ginger," so I may have used them interchangeably with my Vogue Ginny Doll. She appears to have a mohair wig, with arms that move but legs that do not. A very elegant Duchess she is!
