When I was a little girl in the early 1950's, my best girlfriend and I played with Ginny Dolls by the hour. We had Ginny and Medford clothes for them, but also made our own (my girlfriend actually went on to become a clothing designer).

My 1955-57 vintage brunette Vogue Ginny Doll MLW (molded lash walker) with straight legs has lots of clothes, several hats, shoes, a purse, and other accessories.

No matter how many Ginny Dolls you have, I know you don't have this cute pink sundress accented with white rick-rack (remember rick-rack??). This one was made by my mother in the 1950's.

Note particularly the stylish white hat with the colored beads strung around the brim. If you are old enough, you may recognize that it is a hat made from a milk bottle cap (remember the wax-covered cardboard caps that used to cover the glass milk bottles??).
